YouTube supports uploading QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI, or MPEG .MPG files. In this tutorial, we show how to cut a MP4 video file and upload to YouTube.

Right after finishing the installation process, select START -> Programs -> Weeny Free Video Cutter -> Weeny Free Video Cutter to run.

1. Click on Add Video Files button. Browse to folder on your hard drive that contains MP4 video files. Choose any MP4 video file (*.mp4) you want to cut and select open.

2. Select your video output format, codec, size etc here. Choose output format "Customized MP4 Movie (*.mp4)". We specifically recommend the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 320x240 resolution with MP3 or AAC audio. Resizing your video to these specifications before uploading will help your clips look better on YouTube.

3. Drag and drop the position bar, Click on { button to set video start point. Click on } button to set video end point.

4. Click Add Segment button to add a new segment. Do step 3 to set new video start point and end point if you need to.

5. Click Cut Now! button to start cutting. The default output folder is "C:\My Video".

6. Log on to your account at using your account name and password. Click the Upload button on the top and then click the Upload video button. Select your MP4 video from the folder where you saved it, then click Open button to import it to YouTube. Enter title, description, tag information and click Save changes button to finish uploading.
