After downloading and installing Weeny Free PDF Cutter, select START -> Programs -> Weeny Free PDF Cutter -> Weeny Free PDF Cutter to run.

1. Click on Add PDFs button. Browse windows will be opened, choose local PDF file (*.pdf) and click Open. Weeny Free PDF Cutter will show page count, file size, title, subject and author information if the PDF file is loaded correctly.

2. Select "Split every x pages to one file" or "Extract pages from x to x" options.

3. Click Settings button to show PDF settings. You can set page, layout, watermark or security options.

4. Click on Cut Now! button. Weeny Free PDF Cutter will cut the PDF file you selected and open the target folder after cutting.
