A: Yes, All our software are absolutely 100% free and you don't need to pay anything. Please report to us if you found anyone is selling our software.

Q: Is your software open source?
A: Some of our programs are open source projects. You can get source code of our open source projects on sourceforge.

Q: What OS does your software support?
A: Our software can only work on Windows system. However we also provide online programs that can be accessed on any OS with internet browsers in it. Such as: Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android etc.

Q: What file formats does your software support?
A: Our software supports popular video, audio, image and document formats. For a list of supported file formats, click here.

Q: Will your software add watermark in output file?
A: No, neither our multimedia converter nor our PDF converter will add watermark on output files.

Q: I like your software. How can I contribute?
A: You can help us to translate software description pages (about 50 pages) into other languages such as Dutch, French, Spanish or Japanese etc.

Q: How can I uninstall your software?
A: All our software can be uninstalled completely. You can uninstall our software from your computer by using the program shortcut or using the Control Panel. Please make sure you have closed software before uninstalling. For more information, click here.
